Accounts & eligibility

  • Sign-in is by email link; you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for access to your inbox.
  • You must have legal capacity to contract, and order information must be accurate and current.

Custom orders & artwork

  • Our products are made to order to your specifications (size, material, cut, artwork) — nothing is pre-made.
  • You are solely responsible for the rights to artwork you upload and confirm you may print it. We do not print content that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates Saudi regulations, and we may reject such files and cancel the order with a full refund.
  • When a digital proof is prepared, your approval of the proof is final authorization to print at the specifications shown (dimensions, approximate colors, cut line). See the returns policy for what applies after approval.
  • Your artwork files are used only to produce your orders and are never published or reused without your permission.

Prices, VAT & invoicing

  • Prices are in Saudi Riyals, displayed before VAT; 15% VAT is added with a full breakdown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm.
  • Tax invoices are issued by Alquaifil Printing Center under the VAT number above.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order; you will be notified with the option of a full refund.

Payment

  • Payments are processed by licensed payment providers in Saudi Arabia (mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and installment options where available). We never see or store your card details.
  • The charge may appear on your bank statement under Alquaifil Printing Center or the payment provider's name.
  • Production starts after payment is confirmed.

Delivery & shipping

  • Production and delivery times shown are estimates in business days, counted after payment and proof approval.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct address and phone number; re-delivery caused by incorrect details may incur extra shipping fees.
  • Shipping options and fees depend on your city and are shown before confirming, including free store pickup.

Intellectual property

The Q Sticker name, logo, site design and content are the property of Alquaifil Printing Center and may not be used without prior written permission.

Liability

  • Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order concerned.
  • Minor color differences between screen and print are inherent to printing and are not a defect (see the returns policy).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its regulations. Saudi authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply from their publication date on this page.
