Returns & Refunds Policy

Q Stickers products are made specifically to your specifications (your artwork, size and material). Returns therefore differ from ready-made goods, in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law provisions for products manufactured to the consumer's specifications.

Before production starts — full refund ✅

You may cancel your order before proof approval and the start of production for a full refund — just contact us with your order number.

After proof approval & production start ⚠️

Approving the digital proof is final authorization to print. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, as the product is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Manufacturing defects or our error 🛠️

If your order arrives different from the approved proof or with a manufacturing defect — such as:

• a different size, material or cut type than approved,
• defective print quality (visible distortion, banding, substantially different colors),
• a miscut that clips into your design,

we will — at your choice — reprint free of charge or refund in full, at no cost to you.

Window: notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, via print@alquaifil.com or +966 11 480 0808, quoting your order number.

Damage or loss in shipping 📦

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us within 48 hours of the expected delivery; we will handle the carrier claim and reprint or refund.

What is not a defect

• Minor color differences between your screen and the physical print (RGB vs CMYK color systems).
• Cut position variance within ±1 mm.
• Issues caused by a low-resolution file where you proceeded past the upload warning or approved them in the proof.

How refunds are paid 💳

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on your bank — or, at your choice, as instant store credit for your next order.

Invoices and refunds are issued by Alquaifil Printing Center (CR 1010144482) — the legal entity behind the Q Sticker brand.
