• Account data: your email and name (we sign you in with an email link — we store no passwords).
• Shipping data: name, phone and address, to deliver your orders.
• Artwork files: the files you upload for printing.
• Order data: products, specifications, amounts and status history.
• Technical data: basic server logs needed to run and secure the site.

Payment data 💳

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed entirely by licensed payment providers in Saudi Arabia; we only receive the transaction confirmation and reference. "Alquaifil Printing Center" may appear on your card statement as the legal seller.

How we use your data

• Fulfilling your orders: printing, delivery, invoicing and after-sales service.
• Contacting you about your order (email, and WhatsApp/SMS where enabled).
• Improving our services and resolving technical issues.
• Reminding you about a cart you left behind (you can simply ignore the message).

Your artwork

Used only to produce your orders. Never showcased or published without your written permission.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by Saudi tax and commercial regulations; artwork files are kept while your account is active to make reordering easy.
