• Printing or cutting mistake? We reprint free.
• Shipment arrived damaged? Photograph it within 48 hours and we'll make it right immediately.
• Colors radically different from the approved proof? We fix it at our cost.

This is exactly why we send a digital proof before every order — review it carefully; it's the binding reference for printing.
