The clock starts at proof approval and payment confirmation:

• Standard: 3–4 business days production + shipping
• Express: 1–2 business days production + express shipping (+30%)

You see the precise expected date while ordering, and you can follow every stage (printing, laminating, cutting, QC, packing) live from your order page. Weekends (Friday–Saturday) don't count.
