Preparing Your Artwork File

We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, ZIP up to 50MB (contact us for larger files).

• Resolution: 300DPI at the real print size. The uploader calculates this automatically and warns you.
• Bleed: add 2mm around the design — if you forget, our designer adds it.
• Transparent background: upload a transparent PNG if you want contour cutting.
• Text: convert to outlines so fonts appear exactly as designed.

Either way: our designer reviews every file and sends a digital proof for approval before anything prints.
